Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Our circuit training sessions comprise of between 6-15 exercises that are completed one after the other. The exercises are performed for a set amount of time before moving on to the next exercise after a short rest period. The total number of circuits performed will vary depending on numbers.
