My name is Pete James. I’m based in Atworth, Wiltshire. I have been a personal trainer and health and fitness coach for many years. My philosophy is simple: whatever you do, do it with a smile. Over the years I have taken part in all kinds of events from 10k races to multi stage and multi day events as well as endurance events. I love the mental and physical challenge and camaraderie that participating in events can bring.
Qualifying as a personal trainer has given me the opportunity to help people achieve their own fitness targets and goals. I love seeing changes in peoples attitude as they realise that with hard work and effort your body adapts and activities that seemed impossible become possible. Above all I love the buzz seeing small improvements develop over time in to huge life changing achievements in the long term.
...I've been attending the circuits class for nearly a year now. Prior to that I hadn't done much in months! Every week is different so great way to learn different exercises and techniques without it becoming predictable. Workouts are challenging but fun with a great group of people.
